Ingredients in Blue Cheese Sauce
- Mayonnaise – Best Foods or Hellman’s will have the best flavor
- Sour Cream
- Worcestershire Sauce – don’t skip this ingredient because it gives the sauce a deeper umami flavor.
- Blue Cheese – you might think that all blue cheese is the same, but the texture of your sauce depends on the variety of blue cheese that you use. For a chunkier sauce, use Danish Blue or Roquefort. For a creamier sauce use a more melty variety like Stilton or Gorgonzola.
