The Creamiest, Dreamiest Dessert Dip Ever

Imagine the most luscious, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth cheesecake—but in fondue form! This Cheesecake Fondue is smooth, sweet, and just a little tangy, making it the perfect dip for all your favorite treats. Whether you’re hosting a party, having a cozy date night, or just need a fun after-school snack, this fondue is guaranteed to impress. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll be making it again and again!

Why You’ll Love Cheesecake Fondue

Everyone’s had classic chocolate fondue, but this? This is next-level. It’s like your favorite cheesecake but melted into the creamiest dip ever. The flavor is out of this world—rich, velvety, and lightly sweet with that signature cheesecake tang.

I’m obsessed with dipping fresh strawberries—it’s like the freshest, most delicious strawberry cheesecake ever. My kids? They go wild for Oreos and those Trader Joe’s cookie dippers. You seriously can’t go wrong! This fondue is a total showstopper for any gathering, making celebrations even more magical.

Ingredients to make cheesecake fondue including cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, white chocolate chips and graham crackers.

Ingredients for Cheesecake Fondue

Gather these simple ingredients and get ready for fondue heaven!

  • White chocolate chips – Use a good-quality brand for the best flavor.
  • Butter – Just a few of tablespoons make it ultra-smooth.
  • Cream cheese – Full-fat only! This is what gives it that dreamy cheesecake taste and consistency.
  • Confectioner’s sugar – Essentially powdered sugar, but with a little corn starch added to avoid clumping. This adds just the right sweetness.
  • Vanilla – A splash of good quality vanilla takes it over the top.
  • Graham crackers – Crush them up to sprinkle on top or roll your dipped treats in.

What to Dip in Cheesecake Fondue

The possibilities are endless! Here are some of our favorites:

  • Fresh fruit: Strawberries, bananas, apples, pears—any fruit works!
  • Cookies: Oreos, shortbread, biscotti, wafers, and sweet crackers.
  • Cake & Pastries: Pound cake, waffle cones, mini croissants.
  • Crunchy & Sweet: Pretzels, marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate cookies.

Pro tip: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of your dipped treat for that full cheesecake experience!

Tips for the Perfect Cheesecake Fondue

  • Use an electric fondue pot – It keeps the temperature steady and prevents scorching.
  • Be patient – Melt everything low and slow so the chocolate stays silky smooth.
  • Try the Melting Pot trick – They sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the fondue before serving, but I love dipping first and then rolling in crumbs.

Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue Variation

Want a little chocolate twist? Use half semisweet chocolate and half white chocolate for a delicious chocolate cheesecake fondue. Or go all-in with our chocolate fondue recipe—just two ingredients and the ultimate chocolatey indulgence.

For an extra special dessert, serve both the cheesecake fondue and chocolate fondue on a dessert charcuterie board—trust me, it’s life-changing!
