How to Make Sheet Pan Fajitas
Easy Family Dinner Ideas – Sheet Pan Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1.12 ounce fajita seasoning packet
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- 8 tortilla shells corn or flour
Optional toppings
- shredded cheese
- guacamole
- sour cream
- salsa
- fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken, peppers, and onion into lengthwise slices and place in a large bowl. Add fajita seasoning packet, olive oil, and lime juice. Mix until chicken and veggies are evenly coated.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread chicken and veggies out in a single layer over the tray. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Serve with tortillas and any desired toppings. We like guacamole, sour cream, cheese, salsa, and fresh lime juice.
- Optional: During the last 10 minutes of cooking, wrap tortillas in foil and place in the oven with the Sheet Pan Fajitas to warm.
