        1. Hi Mark- thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and for making this suggestion. We will see if we can find an easy way to make it so you can push a button and email our recipes to your friends. Thank you for wanting to share our recipes!

        2. You can always click on the three dots on the upper right corner, open in safari. Then copy the website address and paste it into your email, then send it to your friend.

      3. Hi ladies, mine came out very runny, is this common, n if so how can I make it thicker? If not supposed to be, ideas on what I could have possibly done incorrectly? Thanks for sharing all your great ideas!

        1. That’s weird, I haven’t had one come out that way. Maybe try freezing the fruit first or using frozen fruit.

      4. Hi Emily, I am going to make this tomorrow if I can get a perfect pineapple at Whole Foods today. Thank you for all of your recipes. I print a lot of them and then make them based on your picture and what you have to say about the recipe.
After I click the PRINT RECIPE button the ad that is on the recipe before I click that button, shows up on my printed recipe with no option to remove it before printing. This forces me to waste ink. Can you prevent ads from showing up on the recipes that I print from your blog? Thank you.

        1. Thanks Dezi! We are working on taking the ad off when you print the recipe. I’m sorry! It was off, then we had some kind of glitch. Our tech support is on it. Thank you for your patience!

Good morning. I made this smoothie this morning. The only thing different I did, was I used shredded carrots and I used 1 tablespoon of vanilla bean yogurt and 1 tablespoon of raw honey.
          Its absolutely delicious

      5. How often do you drink this and could you omit the banana I am allergic for something else that work as well. Thanks

        1. You can drink this as often as you would like – I like to drink it for breakfast. Sometimes, if I haven’t had the best eating day and want something light and healthy, I will drink it for dinner. My first choice for a substitute for the banana would be frozen mango chunks – or fresh if they are in season in your area. Strawberries or raspberries would also be very good.

        1. You can use plain or vanilla yogurt instead of honey greek yogurt. If you use plain yogurt, you may want to add a teaspoon or so of honey to the smoothie for sweetness. Thanks for asking!
