Macaroni Apple Cider Vinegar Carrots Onion Mayonnaise Milk Sugar
Ingredients
Use Best Foods or Hellman's mayonnaise for best results - no substitutes!
Cook & drain macaroni. While still hot, sprinkle on vinegar, carrot & onion. Combine & cool for 10-15 mins.
Instructions
In separate bowl, whisk mayo, milk & sugar then add to macaroni mixture.
Cover & refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Stir before serving.
For best results refrigerate overnight
For a healthy alternative substitute mayo for greek yogurt.
Vegan? Use Hellman's Vegan Mayonnaise & Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk instead.
