Pound chicken flat and place in Ziploc bag.

Pour buttermilk over chicken and refrigerate for atleast 3 hours.
Whisk together milk and eggs.

In separate bowl mix flour and spices together.
Remove chicken and dredge in flour mixture.

Heat oil in large skillet fry chicken in batches.
Slowly whisk in chicken broth and simmer. Add milk.
Whisk remaining oil and flour together.
