Prepare Oreo pie crust and place in freezer.
Directions
Allow ice cream to soften for 10-15 minutes. Don't let it melt.
Place soften ice cream in stand mixer.

Mix ice cream on low. Add in coconut extract and nuts.
Line a mixing bowl with plastic wrap and spray with cooking spray.
Directions
Add ice cream to bowl and freeze overnight.
Flip bowl upside down into Oreo pie crust.
Spoon fudge topping over ice cream dome. Freeze again to harden fudge.
