Cucumbers Red Onion Apple Cider Vinegar Sugar Water Salt
Ingredients
No ACV? Substitute with white vinegar, red wine vinegar or rice vinegar
Cut peeled cucumbers & onion into thin slices & combine in large bowl.
Instructions
In seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Coat the cucumbers in the dressing & refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Drain liquid before adding to serving bowl to serve.
Dress up the salad with peppers, squash, fresh basil or tomatoes!
Any kind of onion works in this recipe no need to stick to red.
