Air Fryer Meatballs

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef lean
  • 1/2 cup onion grated
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Mixing together with your hands works great.

  • Form into balls using your hands or a small cookie dough scoop. You want them to be slightly smaller than a golf ball.

  • Spray the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray. Place single layer of meatballs in the air fryer, you don't want them to be touching too much.

  • Cook at 375℉ for 6 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for 4 more minutes until meatballs are cooked through.

  • Serve alone, combined with sauce over noodles or in meatball subs.
