- 8 ounce brie cheese wheel
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- fresh rosemary
- crackers, apple slices, and sliced baguette for dipping
Preheat oven to 350. Use a sharp knife to score the top of the brie. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, or a small casserole dish.
Top with honey, cranberry sauce, pecans, and fresh rosemary.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should be soft, but not completely melted out of shape. Move to a serving platter and serve immediately.
- You have about 20 minutes from the time the baked brie comes out of the oven to enjoy the perfect, dippable texture. So, make sure to bake just before serving. Have your dipping items prepped and ready!
- When serving Baked Brie at a party we like to put out a serving platter of dipping options. This includes apple slices, crackers, and sliced baguettes.
- The rind helps the cheese maintain its shape in the oven. If desired, you can cut off the top of the rind, but leave the sides and bottom on.
