Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add sugar, buttermilk, and butter to a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Saucepan with sugar, buttermilk and butter.
  • Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla extract.
