- 11 ounces white chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese (do not use low-fat or fat-free)
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 graham crackers (crushed)
In an electric fondue pot or double boiler, heat chocolate chips and butter slowly until just melted, stirring often. Don't heat them too fast or the chocolate may separate and not be as smooth.
Add cream cheese and continue stirring until cream cheese is melted and smooth and creamy. Be patient and allow it to continue to heat slowly.
Add sugar and stir until combined and smooth.
Serve with cookies, angel food cake, strawberries, or whatever you would like to dip in the fondue!
After dipping in the fondue, roll or dip in crushed graham crackers for the full cheesecake effect!
