- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Add all the ingredients except chocolate chips to the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix with the paddle attachment until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Serve with pretzel twists and apple slices for dipping.
