Ingredients

  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges
  • 20 ounces pineapple tidbits
  • 16 ounces maraschino cherries
  • 3 cups fruit-flavored mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 cup shredded coconut optional
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  • Use a strainer to drain the juices from the fruit. Allow the fruit to drain for about 10 minutes to remove the moisture. Reserve 1/4 cup of pineapple juice.
  • Mix everything except the sour cream together in a large bowl.
