Cold Crab Dip

- 1 pound imitation crab meat (or you can use lump crab)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
- fresh dill (to taste)
Chop crab into small pieces. You can also shred the crab by using a food processor.
Place crab in a bowl with chopped celery and toss together with salt and pepper.
Combine mayonnaise and lemon and stir into the crab mixture until well coated. Sprinkle with fresh dill (optional).
Serve on crackers or baguette bread.
