Cold Crab Dip

This cold crab dip is a cool, refreshing dip that is perfect for beachside days or summer picnics. With only a few easy ingredients you can be enjoying this dip in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound imitation crab meat (or you can use lump crab)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
  • fresh dill (to taste)

Instructions

  • Chop crab into small pieces. You can also shred the crab by using a food processor.

  • Place crab in a bowl with chopped celery and toss together with salt and pepper.

  • Combine mayonnaise and lemon and stir into the crab mixture until well coated. Sprinkle with fresh dill (optional).
