- 1 (10 ounce box) frozen leaf spinach
- 1 (1.4 ounce packet) vegetable recipe mix (Knorr brand)
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small can water chestnuts chopped
Thaw and drain the spinach and dry with paper towels.
Mix everything together and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with crackers, chips, or bread.
