Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce box) frozen leaf spinach
  • 1 (1.4 ounce packet) vegetable recipe mix (Knorr brand)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small can water chestnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Thaw and drain the spinach and dry with paper towels.
    Cutting board with squeezed out spinach and a paper towel.
  • Mix everything together and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
    Glass mixing bowl with combined spinach dip. Spatula on the side.
  • Serve with crackers, chips, or bread.
