Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 2 cup oats
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  • Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined and the consistency of cookie dough.

  • Use a cookie scoop or drop by rounded tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes.

  • Cool for 2-3 minutes, then remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.

How to Store and Freeze Healthy Oatmeal Cookies 

  • These cookies will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to a week.
  • To freeze, place the cookies on a baking sheet in the freezer until they are frozen. Remove from the baking sheet and place in a freezer bag and store in the freezer for three months.
