- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 pound turkey
- 6 slices bacon cooked
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 avocado

Homemade Ranch Dressing
- 1 packet Hidden Valley original ranch dry mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
At least one hour ahead, make up the ranch dressing and refrigerate til ready to use.
Cut the sub rolls in half, lengthwise. Place them on a baking sheet. Spread cream cheese on both halves.
Add turkey, bacon, and cheese. Broil until cheese is melty. Watch closely so it doesn't burn.
Add tomato slices and sliced avocado.
Add lettuce and drizzle ranch over the lettuce.
Put the halves together and serve!
- Each serving is 1/2 of a sandwich.
- Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the tomato slices for extra flavor.
- You won't use all the ranch you make for the sandwiches, but it makes a delicious salad dressing or dip for veggies or fries!
