- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Rinse and drain quinoa. Place quinoa, water, and salt in the Instant Pot. Stir to moisten all the quinoa.
Cover the Instant Pot with the lid and turn the valve to sealing. Cook on the Manual setting on high pressure for 1 minute. When the timer goes off, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
After the quick release, remove the lid and fluff the quinoa with a fork.
