Lemon Chicken Pizza

- 1 pre-prepared pizza crust
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup lemon pepper chicken- grilled and sliced (recipe HERE)
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup arugula lettuce
For the Lemon Cream Sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
For the Lemon Cream Sauce:
For the Pizza:
Roll dough out into a large circle and place onto a large cookie sheet, pizza stone, or pizza pan. Spread the top evenly with lemon cream sauce, then top with mozzarella cheese, lemon slices, artichoke hearts, lemon pepper chicken, and feta cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes. Dough should be completely cooked in the center and cheese should be melted, if not add more time.
When fully cooked, let sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Then top with pieces of arugula lettuce.
- Make sure to slice the lemons very thin so they will cook evenly.
- Use fresh mozzarella instead of shredded if desired.
- Optional Additional Toppings: fresh basil, roasted garlic, balsamic glaze
