- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar sifted
- 1 9-inch Pre-made Chocolate Pie Crust (or make your own, see recipe below)
- 2 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chopped
Use an electric mixer or a large mixing bowl with electric beaters. Chill the mixing bowl and mixing attachment or beaters in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Sift 1 cup and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Set aside.
Stir or beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth in a bowl (not chilled). Add 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Pour heavy cream and remaining 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar into the chilled mixing bowl. Whip until stiff peaks form.
Fold 1/3 of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Mix well. Add remaining whipped cream and mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour filling into the prepared chocolate crust. Top with chopped Reese's Peanut Butter cups. Lightly cover and chill for 2 hours or until set.
Make Your Own Chocolate Pie Crust
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate graham crackers, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Mix crushed chocolate graham crackers and sugar together.
- Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir well.
- Spread on the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate, pressing firmly to form an even crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Cool completely before filling.

- Make the filling ahead and keep in a separate bowl in the fridge.
- Wait to add the filling and topping to the crust until ready to serve.
