- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- ¼ teaspoon salt
In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter, vanilla and heavy cream together on medium speed.
Add powdered sugar and beat on medium high speed for 2 minutes until it's light and fluffy.
Use a piping bag and decorating tip to create a beautiful swirl on cupcakes.
