- 1 package ramen noodles chicken flavored
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (or to taste)
- chopped peanuts (optional, to taste)
- 1 chopped cilantro (optional, to taste)
Prepare ramen noodles as directed on package.
Drain off all but about 1/2 cup of liquid from the noodles. Place in a bowl and add seasoning packet.
Add peanut butter and Sriracha sauce.
Stir together until well combined.
Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro (optional).
- Don't overcook the ramen noodles, they will get too soft and won't be able to absorb the peanut sauce flavors
