- 3 cups Krusteaz Belgian Waffle mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cups oil
- 1 cups water
- 2/3 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Toppings:
- butter
- maple syrup
- whipped cream
- chopped pecans
Mix waffle mix, eggs, oil, water, pumpkin, spices, and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl until smooth.
Pour batter onto a waffle iron and cook until golden brown (or to the desired doneness).
Top with butter, syrup, whipped cream, and/or pecans.
