- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
Toppings
- shredded lettuce
- shredded cheese
- black beans
- salsa
- avocado
- lime
- hot sauce
- cilantro
- sour cream
Cook rice according to package directions.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease.
Add water and taco seasoning to the ground beef. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Assemble your bowl by adding rice, then ground beef, and then toppings as desired.
