- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (1-ounce) packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (about 3 tablespoons of dry mix)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 3 burrito-sized tortillas
- 1/4 pound sliced deli turkey (6-10 slices, depending on thickness)
Combine cream cheese, ranch mix, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onion in a mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon or electric mixer on low, mix until well smooth and well combined.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla. Spread it on nice and thick.
Place 2-3 slices of turkey down the center of each tortilla over the cream cheese layer.
Tightly roll up each tortilla, gently pulling and rolling without tearing the tortilla.
Using a sharp knife, slice into 1" slices.
